Oppression

How strong are we when we learn from the weak and the Cavalry,
Oppression has shadowed us far too long now you must agree;
So let us share in the suffering so that peace might be.

The magnitude of conquest is beyond one single mind,
To find man on earth as god loving child so kind;
But let us search our hearts to rise and come from behind.

For god do not instruct his people to be overly oppressed,
But to be ready for all occasions and equally dressed;
So now I come to the cross to see and let him find my sin confessed.

How great we can be fit we unite in thee,
And hand their forsaken with the glory to be;
Lift up your arms with your hand held high so that our life shines true to be.
