I Can If I Care

I can do it, that is anything I want if I care,

If I have the power I can show and lead the way;

I can provide the people with the best alternative solution,

But it's whether they can follow all day and care.

I can if I care achieve the results to guide a nation,

I can show and tell which will and how what works;

I'll provide the answers to the questions if your patient,

To help you understand why and who you are, to relate it.

I can if I care believe in something always better,

I can know the difference in the kindness that you show;

I can take the pain for blame of all the humiliation,

I can concentrate on simply a better way to go.

I can if I care desire all the free communication,

To listen to the hearts of men and women unfold;

I can if I care stop the world from war and famine,

To help another live in God's love and to grow.

I can if I care complete the fight against indignation,

To see the brighter side of life and live to share;

I can if I care provide the needs to occupation,

To find another day through grace and constant prayer.

I can if I care teach the world to feed the children,

To reach down to their hearts and let them know;

I can if I care avoid the ignorance of the population,
