Parsifal on Passing and Failing

Positives and negatives are like Parsifal on passing and failing,

Proceeding very nicely with the problem of possibly smooth sailing;

When the wind picks up and everything the subject is quite degrading,

And all else resembles anything with someone on the path you're aiding.

When everything gives according to plan there no passing and failing,

For you have earned a distinction from all the marks you're raiding;

Now reading is for leading and communication the time of day,

Except of course if you're teaching history in any old fashioned way.

Now set you're sails for the high country and settle as low as hell,

For when you chart a course the map is the path to doing it well;

It's a bit like living and dying when you come to the end of the line,

You manage to just fit it and it's kind of a sin thing you sign.

Well Parsifal's on passing and failing for all you people out there,

Just when you think you have got it beaten it can go anywhere;

So take up the task and challenge to choose faulty, discipline and strand,

But remember God for the asking for subjects are in grand demand.

Now the school where the scholar was living was leading his own way,

And had to study management to follow everyone else during the day;

Now if you love it don't get discouraged for money pays the bills,

But the greatest course you can attain is the one to follow at will.

For each perfect plan is dividing simply between one and two,

The half of the world is united and family and kids come along too;

But if you are Parsifal passing and failing you had better have,

If left up to me, for I am the only one mailing poetry to a tree.

Signed,

I'll do it
