The Spirit Of The Night

All black and deep the clouds are there,
As grey as gray beyond all compare;
The spirit of the night has sleep,
As people turn and change from sheep.

Like God incarnate in the air,
The spirit stirs as wind in glare;
It's not a hydrographic age,
But God revealed in every page.

So as day ends and nights imparted,
Into the dark from which night started;
The awesome presence of him whose he,
Revealed and told from untold me to thee.

As if from never never land it came,
Whose sword was sharp and truth revealed his name;
And in the presence of the lord,
He rose again to light with sword.

And when it again all became the light,
The truth revealed through spirit knight;
Was deep within the heart of night,
That all the people turned to right.

Well when the spirit of the night,
Was standing tall in light of right;
You could of heard the silence call,
From heaven to earth the mystery all.

Signed,

Fallen Soldier
