Pen and Pencil

Pen and Pencil go together,
Like chickens and eggs;
And birds of a feather.

That flock together.

Pen maybe better,
And pencil a bit easier;
But to make words go better,
They must be to the letter.

So it all depends on the type of weather,
and whether your lounge is silk or leather;
For no matter what cause or type of day,
The bottom line is the price that you pay.

Well now it's all said and down in ink,
Not scratch with a pencil all silly to think;
But is lead two ways on a piece of paper,
That you know the difference and many don't rate her.

For the civil cause of human right,
And peace and progress all in the light;
It makes know different not even one,
If you're red or black or white write for fun.
